Milisa O’Reilly serves as Chief People Officer at Foundral, where she leads the People and Culture departments and supports the company’s growth as it integrates experienced mechanical contracting teams across the Midwest. She brings extensive strategic HR leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Arrow International, where she led HR and HRIS/payroll strategies for more than 1,500 employees. Milisa previously held senior HR leadership roles at Race Winning Brands and Alcoa.
