Jason Urich serves as Vice President of Service for Foundral, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial MEP sales, service and operations. He leads commercial service sales and operations across the platform while helping drive strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Jason has built and scaled high-performing service organizations, delivering operational excellence and sustainable growth. Prior to joining Foundral, he served as Director of Building Services at Kelso Industries, where he led enterprise-wide growth initiatives across the company’s portfolio. He also served as Vice President of Service at H.B. McClure Company, overseeing multi-location service operations and expansion efforts.
