Ben Tombaugh supports the Foundral team with a robust background in corporate development, M&A and investment evaluation. His professional experience includes a role as Managing Director at Cold Bore Capital, a position focused on validating and executing investment transactions. Throughout his career, Ben has led numerous acquisition, investment and partnership efforts, including overseeing more than 15 M&A and partnership transactions at Information Resources, Inc. He also helped to steer large-scale acquisition and minority investment activity for Accenture, an international professional services and IT firm.
